It’s important to note that the law does not grant consumers the right to a refund solely based on a change of mind. Purchasing an Apollo enclosure is a deliberate decision rather than an impulsive one.
Here are the steps you have taken to ensure you have made an informed decision before purchase:
- Researched the detailed information regarding each product’s dimensions, weight, and features readily accessible for review and download from our brochures and specifications section
- You have chosen a TV for installation within the enclosure.
- You have arranged the installation of a a weather-protected outdoor power outlet if required.
- You have selected a suitable installation site where the enclosed screen can be safetly installed.
- You have engaged a professional builder or installer or you plan to utilize our installation video to install the enclosure and bracket yourself.
Given these considerations, we do not accept returns for refunds if a customer changes their mind after payment and delivery of the equipment have been completed.
