The APOLLO Desert Series Enclosures Tight Seal Technology, Special Cooling Features and Merv5 Filters Protect the TV from Rain, Heat, Dust, Sand and Insects
The Desert Series Enclosures are specially designed to handle the extreme heat conditions of the MENA region and the occasional weather bomb, as well as effectively keeping damaging particles and insects from reaching the TV.
Tight Seal technology seals the enclosure and protects your TV against rain, insects and dust. The watertight cable cover protects cable connections to your TV inputs and outputs
Thermostatically Controlled Rear Fans are connected to a thermostat and when the temperature inside the enclosure reaches 30C they switch on. These enhance airflow and help dissipate heat generated inside the enclosure, ensuring that the internal temperature remains within safe operating limits for the electronics.
Cross-Flow Fans at the bottom of the front frame blow cool air between the enclosure glass and the TV glass. This helps to prevent overheating of the TV screen and ensures a clear, undistorted display.
Internal Film Protection: An internal film applied to the anti-glare tempered glass provides additional protection to the TV screen. This film helps block harmful IR and UV solar rays, reducing heat buildup and protecting the screen from potential damage caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Merv5 Filters over the sound vents under the enclosure are there to prevent dust, sand and insects from entering the enclosure and damaging the TV, while allowing the sound to escape the enclosure. These filters can be removed and washed.
